Every day, Housingnet's goal is to make sure our customer experience is inclusive, and that includes the experience based on compliance of the level AA W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.  As with everything we do to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world.

We’re constantly making improvements to the customer experience for all our members. The accessibility and usability of our sites are always being updated, so if you encounter an accessibility issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us using the channels below.

For the best experience, we recommend keeping your technology up to date by downloading the latest versions of your web browser, assistive technology software/hardware, and smartphone applications that utilise built-in accessibility features.

Whilst Housingnet strives to provide an inclusive experience for all our customers and members, we are aware of some limitations within our site.

For security reasons with existing technology, we can only provide one login method that uses only the username as an email address. Hopefully with better security technology in the future, we will have support orientation for users to log in in many different ways but still ensure high security.

PDFs
Some of our PDFs are not fully accessible. We are aware of this and are working at improving this issue.

Webchat
We are aware that our webchat users used on Housingnet are not fully accessible. We have raised this issue with our development team and hope to offer a more accessible webchat experience in the future.

We’d love to hear from you
